This ties in the Electrical. Mechanical and Biohazards of the industry to a single standard.
In it you find it will reference back to UL 1598 for fixtures/IEC 62471-2 for Photobiological hazards along with standards that help address specific hazards in a grow system such as Humidity, Dirt, Heat, Chemical Exposure and a constantly changing environment based on what is being grown.
