Our engineering team has over 150 years of combined compliance and product design
experience. Safety Standards are constantly evolving and PSC understands how difficult it can be to navigate the regulatory landscape. Although we prefer to get involved in the beginning of design, we do collaborate with our customers, no matter what stage in the product development lifecycle they are currently in, to help them understand how their product can best meet the requirements of a given standard. Our engineers have input with the Standard writers due to their vast experience in various fields.
For over 20 years we have been working closely with all of the major Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories (NRTL), such as Underwriters Laboratories, QPS, the Canadian Standards Assocation (CSA), Intertek/ETL, SGS, MET Labs, and many others. We understand that additional costs incurred when a product fails an evaluation or test can be detrimental to your company. That is why we are committed to working with product designers to make sure that only passing are products submitted to an NRTL for certification.
